All our prices include fresh clean linen, towels and a continental breakfast.

A few little rules (to make sure everyone is happy!)
1. Reception hours.
Our reception hours are from 10am to 2pm in the morning and 4pm to 6pm in the afternoon. With the exception of
Friday when we are open 5pm till 9pm.
You can check in from 12pm, we do ask to see some form of valid photo identification at check in.
There is a £10 key deposit.
We ask that everyone checks out between 10am and 11am. Guests must hand back keys to reception and
have removed all personal belongings from their room by this time.
It is possible to check in outside of our reception hours, please feel free to call us or send us a e-mail - we can arrange for you to self-check in.
2. Weekend prices apply for all sundays on bank holiday weekends. We have a minimun stay of two nights at the weekend, and three nights on a bank holiday weekend.
3. We require a 10% deposit to hold a reservation. This can be made using a valid credit or debit card on our booking page. Alternatively you can phone us to give us the details down the phone on +44 (0)1273 711854. This deposit is non-refundable.
4. No shows and cancellations.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival or we will charge the cost of the first night stay to your card.
5. Age Restriction
Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an
adult (over 18). We do not have an upper age limit.
6. Guest Behaviour
The comfort, safety and security of our guests is of paramount importance to us. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion
of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, staff or local residents will be requested
to leave the hostel premises and will not be offered a refund. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, local residents
and property. In the case of groups, the group leaders must ensure that all members of their group behave in an acceptable manner.
Failure of any individual group member to do so will result in the expulsion of the whole group.
7. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Seadragon Backpackers premises. Any guest found smoking within the building will
be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not be offered a refund. A smoking area and ashtrays are provided outside
the building for guests who wish to smoke.
8. Personal Property
Guests may use secure lockers located in the basement however it remains the guest's responsibility to ensure that their personal
belongings are secure at all times. Seadragon Backpackers accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to property however
sustained or caused.
